Laundry Dash — Terms & Conditions Of Service

This is a legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Laundry Dash LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Laundry Dash”). By using our services, you agree to all the terms below. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1) Binding Agreement & Acceptance of Risk
By placing an order with Laundry Dash, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily using our services at your own risk and that Laundry Dash is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or dissatisfaction arising out of or in connection with the handling of your garments or items.
2) Scope of Services
Laundry Dash offers pickup, standard laundering, folding, and delivery of household laundry. We do not offer dry cleaning, stain removal, hand washing, or specialty fabric care unless explicitly stated.
All items are washed and dried in bulk using commercial equipment and standard detergents. We do not separate items from the customer unless paid for and agreed to in writing in advance.
3) Customer Assumption of Risk & Full Responsibility
You, the Customer, are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all items are suitable for machine wash and dry
- Removing valuables or sensitive materials from pockets
- Providing specific instructions in writing (if not, we will use our discretion)
- Tracking all items sent to Laundry Dash
You agree to release and hold harmless Laundry Dash from any and all claims, disputes, demands, losses, or damage resulting from the use of our services.
4) Delicate and Expensive Items Policy
DO NOT send expensive, delicate, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.
Laundry Dash does not accept responsibility for:
- Garments with high monetary or sentimental value
- Designer, custom-made, or one-of-a-kind pieces
- Specialty fabrics (silk, suede, cashmere, lace, sequins, leather, etc.)
By submitting laundry, you confirm that all items are machine-washable garments every day.
We treat all items as casual wear regardless of their actual value, brand, or fabric.
We will not reimburse, replace, or repair any items under any circumstances, even in cases of:
- Alleged negligence
- Missing items
- Color bleeding, fading, or shrinkage
- Damage to embellishments, stitching, buttons, zippers, or attachments
5) No Liability for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items
Laundry Dash is not liable for:
- Lost laundry
- Damaged items
- Theft before or after delivery
- Destruction or deterioration during the wash/dry/fold process
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Color transfer
- Fading
- Holes or tears
- Fraying
- Melted materials
- Bleach spots
- Elastic breakdown
- Damaged closures, hooks, or zippers
- Improperly manufactured items
6) Item Inventory Disclaimer
Laundry Dash does not conduct itemized inventories.
You are responsible for tracking what you send. We do not verify item count, brands, or condition.
Claims for missing items without written, photo, or documented proof submitted before service will be denied.
7) Limits of Any Potential Claim (If Applicable)
If Laundry Dash chooses, at its sole discretion, to offer compensation for a loss, the maximum amount shall not exceed:
- $25 per customer order regardless of item value
- Or the depreciated fair market value (whichever is lower)
No claim will be accepted without:
- Written documentation submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof of original purchase
- Video/photo evidence of the item’s inclusion and condition before service
This section does not imply responsibility — it simply defines a cap in the rare event Laundry Dash elects to offer reimbursement.
8) Pickup & Delivery Terms
- Unattended pickups or deliveries are left at the Customer’s own risk.
- Laundry Dash is not responsible for loss, theft, or weather damage to items left outside.
- Missed appointments may incur a $10 fee automatically.
9) Unclaimed or Abandoned Property
If you fail to respond to delivery attempts for more than 14 days, your items will be considered abandoned property.
Laundry Dash may dispose of, donate, or destroy abandoned items without further notice or compensation.
10) Payment & Billing Terms
- Payment is due upon delivery or as otherwise agreed.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of service or collections.
- By using our service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all balances due.
11) Refund & Dispute Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only at Laundry Dash’s sole discretion.
To dispute a charge, you must:
- Submit a claim in writing within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear evidence supporting your claim
- Accept that Laundry Dash’s decision on the matter is final and binding
Failure to follow these steps will result in automatic denial of your claim.
12) Privacy & Data Use
We only collect the information needed to complete your order.
We never sell or share your data. Full privacy policy available upon request.
13) Modifications to Terms
Laundry Dash may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14) Governing Law & Legal Venue
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wayne County, Michigan.

By using Laundry Dash, you acknowledge, agree, and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with sending your items to be laundered.
You voluntarily waive any and all claims against Laundry Dash for damages, theft, loss, or dissatisfaction with service outcomes.
